i think shes form  a foreign country because her English is  not very good. 

What is this text about, how do you know?

Its about butterflies and the grandparents think that the butterflies are bad because they eat all their veges in the garden, and the teacher thinks that they are good because the look pretty. The Grand parents told the little girl that the teacher must buy here veges because otherwise she would know how bad the butterflies are.
